Coaching for Neurodivergent's
I’m AuDHD. Which means I am autistic with ADHD.
I didn’t know I had ADHD until I was 32. I didn’t discover I was autistic until I was 56. And when I tell you those discoveries changed everything, I mean it.
Learning how my brain actually works was like being handed a map to a world I had already been navigating blindfolded. It was validating, liberating, and deeply healing.
I finally understood why I burned out so easily.
Why certain things never made sense to me.
Why I could be so brilliant and yet feel so behind.
Why I felt like an outsider, even in spaces where I was supposed to belong.
Since then, I’ve immersed myself in understanding neurodivergence, beyond the clinical checklists and surface-level labels. I’ve built a life that works with my brain, not against it.
And I’ve created a world where I feel more at home, more authentically me, and less entangled in constant struggle.
Less burnout. Fewer meltdowns. More joy. More ease. More me.
If you’re on this path too, or just starting to wonder what life could look like if you stopped fighting your brain and started partnering with it, you're not alone.
You don’t need to become someone else to get things done.
You need a space where your brain makes sense. Where your ideas can flow.
Where your way of being isn’t questioned, it’s leveraged.
Whether you're discovering your neurodivergence now, have known for years, or just suspect there’s something different about how you move through the world… you belong here.
This space is for us.
You are navigating complexity that others don’t even notice. And in the midst of all that, you still have dreams. Ideas. Vision. Fire.
You just need a place to untangle the noise and remember your brilliance. This is where our partnership begins.
A Partnership That Gets You
Working with me is different, because I’m not here to mask, fix, or normalize you.
I’m here to co-create with you. To amplify you. To build something around the way you actually think, feel, and move.
This is not traditional coaching. It is neurodivergent-affirming space.
It’s built for people who:
-
Think in spirals, tangents, and brilliance
-
Start a thousand things and care deeply about all of them
-
Want to stop burning out trying to do things “the normal way”
-
Are ready to thrive, not just survive
We’ll create a coaching experience that meets you, in your energy, your rhythm, your season of life.
From strategic sprints to immersive, high-touch support, we’ll design a structure that feels good to your nervous system and true to who you are.
How It Works
Our partnership starts with safety, curiosity, and a ton of respect for how you naturally operate.
We meet regularly or in focused intensives, depending on what works for your flow.
You bring your chaos, your brilliance, your stuck points, your dreams.
I bring grounding, perspective, and co-regulation, plus strategy, tools, and a deep understanding of ADHD, autism, and the lived experience of being different in a world that often doesn’t understand.
-
Together, we make sense of what’s hard.
-
We amplify what’s great.
-
We build systems and structures that actually work for you and we move forward, not toward “normal,” but toward liberation.
-
We’ll create practical, personalized plans to help you navigate the traits and challenges you experience.
-
Often, I’ll help you name and understand patterns, traits and experience you didn’t even realize were part of your neurodivergent wiring.
We’ll develop language, techniques, and tools that make daily life feel easier, clearer, and more possible.
You’ll leave our work together with a deeper understanding of your unique trait combination, and how to move through life with that awareness.
We also make space for the gifts that come with your brain.
Together, we’ll tap into your creativity, intensity, pattern-recognition, emotional depth, and unique way of seeing the world—and use those traits as a source of momentum, strategy, and possibility.
Some of the traits and challenges we may explore include:
-
Rejection sensitivity
-
Executive Dysfunction
-
Performance Demand Avoidance

My Lived and Professional Experience
Since beginning this journey, I’ve read over 100 books on ADHD and autism, both academic and from lived experience. I’ve coached more than 100 neurodivergent individuals, across a wide range of identities and needs.
I also created and teach a 10-week course for coaches who want to learn how to support neurodivergent clients with empathy, insight, and effectiveness.
Currently, I’m editing the first draft of a 460-page manual for the ADHD and autistic brain. It explores 72 traits in depth, including how they present in real life, how they impact function and perception, and how to offer layered support that actually works.
If you’re ready for this kind of coaching—deep, affirming, strategic, and co-created—I’d be honored to walk with you.
Let’s build a world that fits you.
