I’ve spent my life breaking molds and challenging the rules—not for the sake of rebellion, but because frankly, most of those rules were written to keep people small. I work with those who are ready to burn the script, break free, and build something that actually matters—not just to the world, but to their souls.

I was nicknamed the Facilitator of Fear because I help people walk straight into the places they’ve been avoiding—the hard conversations, the limiting beliefs, the truth that’s been waiting to be faced. I don’t flinch. I don’t sugarcoat. I walk with people through the storm until they see what’s possible on the other side.

​

I work with corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, neurodivergent professionals, and coaches who know they’re meant for more but feel trapped by outdated systems, self-doubt, or the fear of being fully seen.

I create profound belonging—the kind where people can finally exhale and show up as their whole, messy, brilliant selves. I build spaces where neurodivergent minds thrive and where leaders don’t just survive—they break the mold.

It's not a step-by-step manual for success; it’s a deep, raw, exhilarating process of becoming. Becoming more YOU. Unapologetically. Fully.

Visibility isn’t just about marketing or building a business—it’s about undoing generations of conditioning that taught us to shrink, hide, and color within the lines.

A Few Adventures and Some Challenges Along the Way

• Founding leadership for the flagship School of Rock—transforming a raw idea into a cultural phenomenon that sparked a movie, TV show, Broadway musical, and a global franchise. I laid the groundwork, belief system, and bold energy that helped turn a scrappy startup into a pop culture icon. When allegations of abuse surfaced about the orginator, I spoke out publicly in support if the students. Integrity is the soul of my work, and protecting people will always matter more than protecting power.

• Transformed the culture at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, leading to 15,000 more kids served in one year.

​

• Helped an entrepreneur break every "rule" and make a year’s worth of revenue in six weeks.

​

• Trained & mentored over 1,000 professional coaches as CXO of CoachvIlle and The Center for Coaching Mastery, logging 25,000+ hours of coaching and training across industries.

​

• Losing my partner to a 2.5 year journey with leukemia which required my request for a terminal extubationc, hanged my life. I've now coached 55 souls through their hospice journey—pro bono—because everyone deserves to face their final chapter with autonomy, power, as much joy as possible, and never alone.

• Taught hundreds of coaches how to navigate fear,trauma, hard spaces, identity, and transformation through my own courses like Wired to Dream, Dream Year - Coach & Eye of The Storm.​

Who I Am

​

I've been a disrupter for most of my life — a rebel in the anti-status quo revolution. I've had remarkable adventures and the great fortune of epic business journeys, all of which added purpose to my rebellion. 

​

As an experienced professional coach who focuses on diving deep, facilitating fear, and challenging core beliefs—my whole purpose is to create a more connected world of profound belonging. Fear and separateness harm humans, organizations, and companies; we can never be our best selves or greatest leaders without exploring and transforming this space.

My expertise comes from 25+ years of business development, marketing, branding, creating, visionary thinking, and professional coaching.

As a Senior Faculty Instructor and Chief Experience Officer at CoachVille, and a Certified Higher Ground Leadership® Coach/Pathfinder and former adjunct faculty member for The Secretan Center, I’ve guided aspiring coaches not just in skill-building—but in becoming the kind of leaders the world truly needs. My work is rooted in connection, co-creation, and the belief that coaching can be a vehicle for transformation at every level.
